  •   Quiet Hours for all areas:   11 p.m. - 7 a.m.

  •   Management/Security will be on site during weekends and holidays

  •   Fires must be contained within your fire ring/pit at all times.  Moving fire rings is prohibited.

  •   Riverside Resort is Private Property.  Damaging and/or destruction of property is in violation of our policy!

  •  Prices are subject to change without notice for Floating, Housing and Camping.

                  FLOATING

 

  •   No personal boats allowed on Riverside Resort property 

  •   Reservations will only be held until 10:00 a.m.

  •   All boats must be in by 7:00 p.m. or late charges may apply

  •   Absolutely NO refunds after trip starts. No Exceptions!!

  •  Rain checks available only if GRDA recommends all floating cease due to rising water level

  •   Rain checks will ONLY be honored during the same floating season 

  •   No inflated inflatables allowed on buses or vans during transport to or from the river

  •   If there is room in your boat, pets are allowed if nails are trimmed

  •   Clean up and trash removal are responsibility of guest and should be completed before you leave your boat 

  •   We strictly adhere to all GRDA recommendations.

  •   Age Requirements:

    • Rafts:  Must be at least 2 years old AND 33 inches tall.

    • Single Kayaks:  Must be at least 13 years old

    CABINS and LODGE

 

  •   Deposit:  First night stay is required at time of booking in order to confirm your reservation

  •   Cancellations:  Deposit will  be refunded ONLY if given 14 days' notice prior to your reservation date.  

  •   There will be NO rain checks issued due to weather for the Cabins and/or Lodge. 14 day Cancellation Policy still applies.

  •   Check in 3:00    Check out 11:00

  •   No pets allowed in cabins, lodge, or within the vicinity of the cabins/lodge - NO EXCEPTIONS!!  This will result in automatic eviction.

  •   No smoking allowed in cabins or lodge - NO EXCEPTIONS!!  Extra fees will be added to your stay if evidence of smoking is     found inside your cabin or the lodge

  •   You will be charged extra fees for cabins that are left excessively dirty or for items that are broken due to obvious misuse

  •   Clean up and trash removal is the responsibility of  guest and should be completed before checkout

  •   4 adult maximum per cabin

  •   No tents allowed in cabin or lodge area - all tents must be set up in designated tent sites

  •   If you lodge with us, you must float with us using Riverside Resort rafts and/or kayaks.

        CAMPING and R.V.'s

​

  •   Pets are welcome in campgrounds and R.V. area on a SHORT leash.  Please pick up and properly dispose of pet waste

  •   Clean up and trash removal is responsibility of guest and should be completed before check out

  •   No tents allowed in R.V. area - all tents must be set up in designated tent sites

  •   If you camp with us you must float with us using Riverside Resort rafts and/or kayaks.

  •   Cancellations:  Deposit will  be refunded ONLY if given 14 days' notice prior to your reservation date.  

  •   There will be NO rain checks issued due to weather.  The 14 day Cancellation Policy still applies.

  •   No generators

   Violation of any Riverside Resort policy will result in immediate eviction from the property. No refunds if you are evicted! If there is a dispute, our decision is final.
